Essentially, we offer full wellness and wellbeing programmes to individuals, groups, business and corporations - utilising many different aspects of Traditional Martial Arts, yoga, meditation practices and Laughter workshops.

We have provided theses services over the decades to Mental Health charities, the UK's National Health Service, assorted Security Services, The Church of England, countless schools and community projects, Communities of Faith, Sport England, Youth Charter, Black Country Consortium, WMCA,  and West Midlands Police.
